Where do I even start!? Erin is the epitome of a real estate agent professional. How so? From the first point of contact her personality was welcoming and her insight of the real estate market was extremely informative. After her introduction, she expressed the duties and responsibilities she would fulfill as my agent which, as a first-time homeowner, helped me better understand the home purchasing process. After introductions the work really began, we discussed the different areas of town and what would best suit me for my lifestyle and daily work commute, the style of home I liked, and of course...budget! This is where Erin showed me that she knew her market. She knows what areas are hot/cold, knows where a young (29) working professional would thrive and enjoy them self, and she honed in on where I could get the most out of my budget. Erin was quick to send me listings throughout the week, and would alert me as soon as a new listing hit the MLS. When setting up viewings Erin was quick to do so, and flexible with her schedule, which is crucial in the Nashville market. After viewings, Erin would provide feedback about the home and would evaluate the pros/cons. She would print out comparable homes that had recently sold in the area to analyze the value of that particular area and how my resale would be affected in the future. Once we found the right house for me and discussed finances, Erin was a hard-hitter with negotiations and we closed on the home for UNDER asking price! Based on my experiences, I would strongly recommend Erin to anyone looking to purchase a home!
